To Our Potential Sponsors:
It is with great pleasure that we announce Operation Swan Dive, a skydiving fundraiser event benefiting the Lyrics for Life organization, which will be taking place the weekend of July 19th and 20th, 2008 at SkyDive Pepperell in Pepperell, Massachusetts. This will be the second annual event for the organization, which raised over $65,000 in its inaugural year to help support the fight against Cancer. This year, we hope to surpass this amazing achievement with the help of skydivers, volunteers and generous sponsors. We hope we can count on your support! We are currently seeking: A Presenting Sponsor to donate $20,000. Our Presenting Sponsor will receive prominent mention wherever Operation Swan Dive is discussed: on the website, in all media releases, in all radio mentions, on our gift bag, onsite on all posters and banners and on the event T-shirt presented to all volunteers and jumpers and on sale at the event.
Gold Sponsors to donate $5,000. Our Gold Sponsors will receive mention on the website and in media releases, on our gift bag, and on the event T-shirt.
Silver Sponsors to donate $2,500. Our Silver Sponsors will receive mention on the website and in media releases, and on our gift bag.
All sponsors are welcome to attend the event and promote themselves on site. Operation Swan Dive is also seeking: Donations of food, beverages and ice
Food vendors
Free or discounted rentals of a generator, a refrigeration truck, event tents, chairs and tables and stage & sound equipment
Items, gift certificates and gift cards for our raffle and gift bags
