About Operation Swan Dive

Founded in 2007, Operation Swan Dive is a two-day skydiving and music festival. The event benefits Lyrics for Life, a non-profit organization founded by Sister Hazel front-man Ken Block that started as a tribute to his younger brother Jeffrey, who ultimately lost his four-year battle with Cancer, and has become an industry-wide commitment to fight the disease. Operation Swan Dive is the brainchild of Hollis, New Hampshire resident, Jenny Amidio, and unites her two greatest passions--music and skydiving.

Thanks to our generous donors, sponsors and volunteers, Operation Swan Dive raised over $65,000 in one weekend last summer to help in the fight against Cancer. In addition, Jenny completed her 100th jump and personally raised over $8,000.

Monies raised to date from this event have been allocated towards raising awareness of Cancer in children and adults, funding researchers working to find a cure and enriching the lives of patients and their families. With our combined efforts, we are confident that we are getting closer each day to a cure and turning dreams into realities. The possibilities of what we can and will achieve in the near future are endless!

This year, the Second Annual Operation Swan Dive will take place Saturday and Sunday, July 19th and 20th, rain or shine at SkyDive Pepperell in Pepperell, MA. The weekend will be filled with skydiving and music and will end on Sunday afternoon with a concert event featuring members of Sister Hazel and others.

At Operation Swan Dive, we are relentless in our endeavors to make a difference, but achieving this goal requires your continued assistance. It is our hope that through the continued support of the local community and music lovers, our collaborative efforts will continue to make a difference.

Together we can commit to adding dignity and pride today, and hope and promise for a bright tomorrow.
